For the project at 6 Barbara Road, Camps Bay, our role as quantity surveyors and project administrators was to provide comprehensive financial management for this complex, but luxurious residential build whilst ensuring the project continued to proceed smoothly. 

We were instrumental in developing the initial cost estimates and budgets, which formed the financial foundation of the project. Our team meticulously prepared the bills of quantities, ensuring a transparent and accurate tendering process for contractors. We handled all the project and financial administration, including the evaluation of progress payments and the final account. Our work was key to delivering a project that features high-end architectural elements, such as the expansive glass walls, infinity pool, and modern interiors, all while maintaining strict budget control.
